Parish Partners

To help your staff and parish to understand the mission of Risen Christ School, as our mission as members of the Archdiocese, we would offer the following opportunities:

  • A meeting with your pastor and social justice staff to share the Risen Christ story, who we help, how we believe we are helping and how we fund our efforts as an Archdiocesan school.
  • Inserting a letter of introduction in your bulletin so parishioners could become aware of Risen Christ School.
  • Providing a preacher or speaker, priest or non- priest, to speak during your weekend liturgies.
  • Arrange for members of your parish to tour our school to see our facility and to get a feel of who we are and what we do.
  • Allow one of our school choirs to participate in your liturgies to provide a visible presence of the children we help.

Here are some options for establishing and supporting a scholarship fund to benefit the students of Risen Christ Catholic School:

  • Envelope collections on behalf of Risen Christ for a period of time.
  • Consider a grant proposal request from Risen Christ.
  • Include Risen Christ in an existing benefit or other special events at your parish.
  • Conduct a new event to benefit Risen Christ, such as dinners, raffles and silent auctions or bake sales.

Risen Christ volunteers and the development staff will make presentations to your parish pastoral council, display school materials, speak at your events and work with you to set up a yearly goal. The development staff at Risen Christ will also provide needed clerical and administrative support to help you plan and implement your fundraising event, so you can meet your scholarship goal.

If you are interested in becoming a parish partner with Risen Christ Catholic School, please contact Father John Forliti at 651-690-2443 or Father Leo Schneider at 612-724-5465.
